Your college years are notorious for several things: books, booze and being broke. Since we're in a college town, we are no stranger to the, "How do I eat well on very little money?" question. Ramen doesn't have to be something akin to packing material with a super salty "What the heck is in this?" broth. With our ramen selection, ranging from $0.79-$1.99 per package, and a few minor additions, it actually becomes a respectable meal.

We added organic scallions ($0.99 per bunch), organic cilantro ($1.39 per bunch) local eggs ($4.79 per dozen), hormone-free chicken (pre-cooked in the salad bar, $7.99 per pound). This particular bowl of ramen is gluten-free, too!
