At the Moscow Food Co-op, our Meat Department offers a diverse selection of responsibly sourced meats, including grass-fed beef, free-range poultry, and humanely raised pork. We prioritize partnerships with local farmers who share our dedication to ethical and sustainable farming practices. We make many products in-house, including sausages, marinated ready-to-cook meats and burger, which arrives as whole muscle and is ground in the store.
