Join us for a class dedicated to exploring sparkling wines and dessert wines. We'll cover the grape varieties used, production methods, and different styles of sparkling wines, as well as both fortified and non-fortified dessert wines. You'll also learn about food pairings that complement these wines, all while tasting a selection of 10 exceptional wines.
