The Co-op is proud to serve beer in a wide variety of styles and traditions. Just like wine, there’s so much variation in this broad category, so we’ve invited Skye from Paradise Creek Brewery in Pullman to teach this class on Craft Beer Basics!

This session will focus on the India Pale Ale, a hop-forward beer developed centuries ago to retain its freshness as merchants and brewers carried it across long trade routes through warm climates.

Just like our wine tasting series, class will include samples and food to show you some perfect pairings.
