How Much? $5 | $3 for Co-op owners | free for student owners and owners participating in the FLOWER program.

You don't have to sacrifice flavor or nutrition to cut costs in the kitchen - in fact, by utilizing creative substitutions, buying in bulk, and substituting lower-cost ingredients, you'll be surprised how cheaply you can prepare healthy, delicious meals for yourself!

ABOUT THIS SESSION

This class meeting will help you get a handle on your shopping by providing a handy meal-planning guide, and will conclude with a tour of the Co-op!

OKAY! I'M INTERESTED! HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Buy a ticket below or by asking your cashier at the Co-op! Tickets bought after Thursday, May 9 will not be eligible for the gift card reimbursement.

Registration fees are waived for participants in the Co-op's FLOWER program. Class attendants who buy their ticket before Friday, May 10 will receive a Moscow Food Co-op gift card pre-loaded with an amount equivalent to their final purchase price. Attendants who buy their ticket online and in-store are both eligible for this.

Class attendants who pay on the day of or before class are not eligible to receive a gift card. As long as there are open seats, tickets will be sold at the door. Cash only, please.
