Join us for the newest Co-op class, all about caring for yourself through food. At the Co-op, we’re proud to offer options for a wide range of dietary needs, and through this new series we’ll help you get acquainted with ways that the food you eat can influence your well-being outside of your daily nutrition requirements.

Where: The 1912 Center's Fiske Room
When: Saturday, February 16 at 4:30 p.m.
How much: $5, $3 for Co-op Owners and free for Owners participating in the FLOWER program.

ABOUT THIS SESSION
This class is all about Food and Mood - how the food you eat can affect how you feel. Eating well means getting all the right nutrients, and it also means caring for yourself!
