Every Wednesday, come to the Co-op between the hours of 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4 - 7 p.m. to try dietitian-constructed recipes containing just 5 ingredients or less.
Each FED recipe is designed to deliver lots of flavor at a great value, and all recipes are free of gluten, meat, dairy, and the top 8 allergens - so everyone can try them!
