Red Roof Farmstead, located in Athol, Idaho, about two hours north of Moscow, is a small farm and one of our favorite producers of Raw Chevre, a spreadable cheese made from goat’s milk. Their available flavors include traditional tastes like basil and oregano, and more exotic varieties like cranberry orange and thai lemongrass.
Tonight you’ll have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the farm and try their delicious cheese!
