Booze? Check. Ice Cream? Check. Candy? Check. All the makings for a party, really. You could, of course, make these with a really gingery ginger-ale and it would be just as tasty, but we opted for a true ginger beer called Crabbie's. We also recommend using local vanilla ice cream from Sticky Fingers Farm when you can get your hands on it. And the addition of chopped candied ginger adds an extra zing that can't be beat. It'll be your new favorite summer summer treat!
