To celebrate where we are, we must acknowledge where we’ve been. Our Co-op was founded with a strong focus on bulk items, and to continue our “back to basics” approach to our anniversary year, we will be featuring one staple bulk item each month at 10% off for Co-op owners. April’s featured item is Organic Einkorn from Lentz Spelt Farms (PLU 1844), which is $5.39 per pound for our owners.
